-Membership runs for 12 months. You will be notified at least 1 month before the end of the period and membership will restart unless we are instructed to cancel. -Striping discount multiplies by the number of years you have been a member at that level, e.g 3 years at Gold membership = 75% discount. -Discount resets when we stripe up your uniforms. -Upgrade membership at any time and carry striping discount earned. Eg 2 years at bronze (20%) then move to silver for 3 years (51%) = 74% discount when you stripe up! -12 month membership term restarts on upgrade.
